The pillows are very soft, however I LOVE that they offer a pillow menu for varying preferences of firmness. Pool is gorgeous and peaceful. The gym has adequate amount of space and equipment. Staff is lovely and friendly. The bartender Chris at 1864 was so sweet and attentive. All in all one of my favorite stays to date! Can’t wait to come back one day ☺️

Very nice hotel, close to the Tanjong Pagar MRT. Around a 30 dollars fare from the airport. Check-in was quick thanks to Alison who was very polite. Next day Myra at reception was also very polite and looked after my requests. In the evening, concierge booked a taxi which arrived quickly. In the morning noticed an international paper stand only a minute walk from the hotel. Will stay here again the next time I'm in Singapore. Thanks again for a great stay.

Went to 1864 Lobby Bar for the Sofitel x Sulwhasoo Afternoon Tea. It was lovely and we received a nice Sulwhasoo gift pack each. Also, compliments to Wenz, Kris and Ben for the wonderful and thoughtful services! They made our time there so special by proactively arranged a surprise birthday cake for my hubby.

Everything about this hotel (so far) has been excellent. The rooms have super thoughtful touches that really elevate the experience (ex: when you turn all the lights off at night, lights stay on on near the floor so you can find the bathroom at night) Service in all areas has been amazing. I’ve only been here 2 days and everyone I’ve met more than once remembers me and that I like x,y, and z. Shout out to Kashmiro especially for making my breakfast experience so lovely as one of my servers. Super attentive and personable.
